He finished ahead of American David Oliver (12\u2019\u201998, his season\u2019s best), who nevertheless remains leader of the Diamond League. Russian Sergey Shubenkov completes the podium, improving on his 2012 Russian record by three hundredths of a second. Fourth, American Aleec Harris also secured a personal best time in 13\u2019\u201911. The French hurdlers were outside the Top 4: Pascal Martinot-Lagarde 5<sup>th<\/sup> in 13\u2019\u201918, Garfield Darien 6<sup>th<\/sup> in 13\u2019\u201919 (his season\u2019s best) and Dimitri Bascou 7<sup>th<\/sup> in 13\u2019\u201931.
