The Kenyan Timothy Cheruiyot won the 1,500m at the MEETING de PARIS on Saturday evening at Charl\u00e9ty. He took victory in 3\u201929&#8243;71, improving on the season\u2019s best performance, which he ran on 31 May in Rome, by over a second.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Helvetica;text-align: justify\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Helvetica;text-align: justify\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial\">Djiboutian Ayanleh Souleiman finished the race in 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;<\/span>(3\u201931&#8243;77), ahead of the Kenyan Charles Cheboi Simotwo (3\u201932&#8243;61), the two men achieving their best performance of the year in the process.
