Spaniard Saul Ordonez completed the podium in 1\u201944&#8243;36, with American Isaiah Harris earning fourth place in&nbsp;1\u201944&#8243;42.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">French athlete Pierre-Ambroise Bosse, reigning world champion, who has run very little this season, was a tad off the pace to go for victory (7th&nbsp;<\/span>in 1\u201945&#8243;19).
